If you place an order and change your mind before the product ships, we'll be happy to offer you a full refund. Once the product is shipped, we do not offer refunds unless there is a problem with the actual product, in which case we will replace any defective product.
If there is an issue with delivery and the product is returned to us, we will reach out and give you the option to either receive a refund or re-ship the product.
In regard to international shipping, we cannot be responsible for problems that you may encounter with your customs authorities, as customs policies are unique in every country. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all import policies which may include: customs fees, VAT, import fees and/or any other fees associated with import.
