Sometimes, you just want a cold, creamy treat without the sugar crash. These Coco Cream Protein Fat Pops check all the boxes—rich, satisfying, and packed with quality fats and protein. Whether you're looking for a refreshing post-workout snack or just something to curb cravings, these pops deliver real nourishment without the junk.

Made with whipping cream, coconut cream, and grass-fed whey, they’re a great way to fuel up while staying on track. Plus, the Honey Salted Carnivore Bar adds the perfect hint of crunch and flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 270 ml coconut cream
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 scoop grass-fed & finished whey protein powder
  • A pinch (or two) of cinnamon
  • 1 Carnivore Bar (Honey Salted adds the perfect touch)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the whipping cream, coconut cream, eggs, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Chop the Carnivore Bar into small pieces and stir them into the mixture.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. Pop them out and enjoy a creamy, high-fat, protein-packed frozen treat!
