Made with whipping cream, coconut cream, and grass-fed whey, they’re a great way to fuel up while staying on track. Plus, the Honey Salted Carnivore Bar adds the perfect hint of crunch and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 270 ml coconut cream
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 scoop grass-fed & finished whey protein powder
- A pinch (or two) of cinnamon

Instructions:
- Blend the whipping cream, coconut cream, eggs, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Chop the Carnivore Bar into small pieces and stir them into the mixture.
