From day one, our goal has been simple but audacious: create an affordable, all-meat bar worthy of becoming standard-issue fuel for the U.S. military. Soldiers deserve real nutrition in their pockets — not processed fillers, not protein isolates, not fake food.
But at $15, $25, or even $30 per bar, that dream was always out of reach. Until now.
The Road That Almost Broke Us
We won't sugarcoat it — the past few years have been brutal. Rising beef prices. Skyrocketing fuel costs. Labor challenges. Specialized machinery debt. And then, six months ago, we faced a near business-death experience when our previous meat supplier exited the industry entirely.
It felt like the end. But as life often does, the obstacle became the way.
With the support of investors and operators who believe in this mission — and most importantly, because of you, our loyal customers — we found a new sourcing solution that changed everything. Our new supplier allowed us to eliminate a time-and labor-intensive process that was responsible for up to ~80% of our per-bar costs. Instead of pocketing the savings, we passed them on to you.
