Animal-Based Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Maple Tallow Frosting 🍁✨

These fall-inspired cookies are packed with warm spices, healthy fats, and quality protein thanks to Carnivore Bar’s beef tallow base. With a fudgy pumpkin cookie and a whipped maple tallow frosting, they deliver all the cozy flavors of autumn without grains, gluten, or refined sugars.

🍂 Enjoy them warm with a glass of raw milk for the ultimate fall treat! 🍂

🍪 Ingredients for the Cookies

🔸 2 Honey Salted or Original Salted Carnivore Bars
🔸 3/4 cup pumpkin or squash purée
🔸 1 cup coconut flour or ground pork rinds (or another GF flour of choice)
🔸 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
🔸 Pinch of sea salt
🔸 2 tbsp maple syrup
🔸 2 tbsp colostrum, protein powder, or additional flour

👩‍🍳 Directions for the Cookies

1️⃣ In a large bowl, mash all ingredients together with a fork until fully combined. Adjust flour or maple syrup as needed to form a dough that holds together without crumbling.

2️⃣ Roll into 10 balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3️⃣ Gently press each ball down with a fork to form cookies about 1/2 inch thick.

4️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges.

5️⃣ Allow to cool before frosting.

🧁 Ingredients for the Frosting

🔸 1 Honey Salted or Original Carnivore Bar
🔸 1/3 cup butter
🔸 1/2 cup maple syrup
🔸 1 tbsp gelatin powder
🔸 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

🍁 Directions for the Frosting

1️⃣ Using an immersion blender, whisk, or hand mixer, blend all ingredients together in a small bowl until a thick frosting forms.

2️⃣ Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to set.

🍂 Assemble & Enjoy!

🧁 For make-ahead: Frost the cooled cookies and store them in the fridge.
🔥 For immediate serving: Warm the cookies slightly and top with a spoonful of soft, whipped frosting.
