What you’ll need:
350 grams Double cream 🍶
200 grams Cream cheese 🍥
1 Medium purple sweet potato 🍠
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
4-5 tbsp Raw honey 🍯
Salt 🧂
5 grams Grated butter 🧈
For the Base:
5 Carnivore bars 🥩
1.5 tbsp Honey 🍯
Pinch of salt 🧂
1.5 scoops Colostrum or protein powder 🥄
Steps
Steam the purple sweet potato until soft, then remove any stringy bits and let it cool, during a strainer helps 🍠✨
In a mixing bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form 🤌🏼🍶
In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth, then add the cooled sweet potato, lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of salt 🍋🍥🍯
Gently fold the sweet potato mixture into the whipped cream until well combined - add your butter into the mixture 💜🍶
For the base, crush the carnivore bars, then mix in honey, salt, and colostrum or protein powder 🍯🥩
Press the base mixture evenly into a lined baking pan and refrigerate to set ❄️
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the set base, smoothing the top, and chill until firm ❄️🍰
For an optimal finish, dust with cinnamon and serve with a dollop of cream if desired 🍶🌿
