Makes 12-14 bite-sized gummies

  • 1 cup filtered or spring water

  • 1.5 cups raw milk (or sub coconut milk if dairy-free)

  • 2 tbsp L-glutamine powder

  • 2 tbsp @equipfoods colostrum powder

  • 2 tbsp optional sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, etc.)

  • Optional Additions: 1-2 tbsp cacao powder (for chocolate flavor), protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, etc.


Instructions:

  1. Place water in a small saucepan over medium heat until just bubbling, but not at a rapid boil.

  2. Transfer the warm water to a blender and add gelatin powder and chopped Carnivore Bar.

  3. Blend until fully incorporated.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend again for 1 minute until smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture into a glass Tupperware container or silicone mold.

  6. Refrigerate for several hours until fully set.

  7. Slice into small cubes and, if desired, toss in additional protein powder or cacao powder for extra flavor.
